Separates registration (synchronous) from waiting (async) to allow callers
to confirm registration before the decision is made. Adds grace period for
resolved entries to prevent race conditions.

Send immediate 'accepted' response after registration so callers can confirm
the approval ID is valid. Add exec.approval.waitDecision endpoint to wait for
decision on already-registered approvals.

Ensures the approval ID is registered in the gateway before the tool returns.
Uses exec.approval.request with expectFinal:false for registration, then

Two bugs fixed:
1. Removed CLI allowlist from mapLegacyAudioTranscription - the modern
config format has no such restriction, so the allowlist only blocked

2. Moved audio.transcription migration to a separate migration entry -
it was nested inside routing.config-v2 which early-exited when no
routing section existed

The NSStackView and NSScrollView for the command text lacked proper
width constraints, causing the accessory view to collapse to zero
width in some cases. This fix:
1. Adds minimum width constraint (380px) to the root stack view
2. Adds minimum width constraint to the command scroll view
3. Enables vertical resizing and scrolling for long commands
4. Adds max height constraint to prevent excessively tall prompts
Closes #5038

macOS: fix trigger word input disappearing when typing and on add ( #1506 )
...
Fixed issue where trigger words would disappear when typing or when adding new trigger words. The problem was that `swabbleTriggerWords` changes were triggering `VoiceWakeRuntime.refresh()` which sanitized the array by removing empty strings in real-time.
Solution: Introduced local `@State` buffer `triggerEntries` with stable UUID identifiers for each trigger word entry. User edits now only affect the local state buffer and are synced back to `AppState` on explicit actions (submit, remove, disappear). This prevents premature sanitization during editing.
The local state is loaded on view appear and when the view becomes active, ensuring it stays in sync with `AppState`.

Changes:

pattern to safely access MainActor state
- TalkModeManager.swift: Fixed OSLog string interpolation to avoid operator
overload issues with OSLogMessage in Swift 6

fix(macos): prevent crash from missing ClawdbotKit resources and Swift library
...
The macOS app was crashing in two scenarios:
1. Bundle.module crash (fixes #213 ): When the first tool event arrived,
ToolDisplayRegistry tried to load config via ClawdbotKitResources.bundle,
which used Bundle.module directly. In packaged apps, Bundle.module
couldn't find the resource bundle at the expected path, causing a
fatal assertion failure after ~40-80 minutes of runtime.
2. dyld crash (fixes #417 ): Swift 6.2 requires libswiftCompatibilitySpan.dylib
but SwiftPM doesn't bundle it automatically, causing immediate crash on
launch with "Library not loaded" error.
Changes:
- ClawdbotKitResources.swift: Replace direct Bundle.module access with a
safe locator that checks multiple paths and falls back gracefully
- package-mac-app.sh: Copy ClawdbotKit_ClawdbotKit.bundle to Resources
- package-mac-app.sh: Copy libswiftCompatibilitySpan.dylib from Xcode
toolchain to Frameworks
Tested on macOS 26.2 with Swift 6.2 - app launches and runs without crashes.

fix(macos): remove authorizedWhenInUse references (iOS-only API) ( #165 )

CLAuthorizationStatus.authorizedWhenInUse only exists on iOS. On macOS,
location services only support .authorizedAlways. This was causing
compilation warnings and potentially incorrect behavior.
Fixes:
- GeneralSettings.swift: Remove authorizedWhenInUse check
- PermissionManager.swift: Update ensureLocation and status methods
- MacNodeRuntime.swift: Update location permission check
